Homebrew time!

Just got home from work and thought I better 'sample' the homebrew
before I give some to my brother, Ashley, on Saturday! It's rather
nice actually, a little watery perhaps, which means it needs to mature
for a while longer.

  1. Wow that looks great! I bet it was tasty too!
I'm seriously thinking about trying my hand at a batch of beer.. thanks for the inspiration. :)
Sorry to hear that your job might come to and end next year. Hope they change their minds.
Being ex-military, I'm sure you enjoy being around the aircraft. I know I would!
Hope you have a great weekend!

  2. Thanks, you really should give it a go. I personally enjoy the wine making more as I seem to get a better quality end result. The ale that I make in winter is 'ok' and this lager is pretty good but the wine I make from grape concentrate - wowee! It's superb and could rival any shop bought wine in my opinion. Go for it!
I do enjoy being around the aircraft, the heat, the noise, and the smell of burning aviation fuel especially! It's a shame RAF Cottesmore is closing but the is definately no going back now...

Thanks again for following my blog, I appreciate it. Just hope a few others start Reading it! lol

you have a good weekend too!

    Jimmy.
